This is essentially the same as the bleaching chair, except that once it is over the mold to your needs, your dentist will give you instructions on how to do to perform the rest of the bleaching treatment in the comfort of your home. This could be very useful if you have a busy schedule that keeps you visit the dentist repeatedly. Furthermore, and just as importantly, this method is also less expensive than bleaching chair.
